• Port Size: 1/2 (F) NPT
• Maximum Airflow at 100 PSI: 85 SCFM
• Maximum Working Pressure: 150 PSI
• Working Temperature: 4 to 52 °C
• Filtration: 0.01 micron
• Drain: Manual drain
• Bowl Capacity: 251.4 ml
• Differential Pressure Pop-up Indicator: Triggered at 10 PSI differential pressure
Material(s):
• Body: Aluminum
• Bowl: Polyurethane with guard
• High-flow capacity reduces costly pressure drop
• High performance filter that removes solid particles and oil and water aerosols greater than 0.01 micron, of which 99.97 % of those between 0.3 and 0.6 Micron
• Automatic drain available
INSTALLATION TIP
Assembly is simple using Allen key style screws and an O-ring
Units can be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled
A coalescing filter should always be preceded by a filter or a filter/regulator
WHERE TO INSTALL A FILTER
Install the filter as far as possible from the compressor to allow the compressed air to cool and water vapors to condense. Removal of water in liquid form is more effective than removing water which is vapor form.
Install the filter closest to the tool and before the lubricator and regulator
Always install the filter with the arrows pointing to the tool or application
